The EMRI 108 emergency services recorded 5% and 21% spike in emergencies on Holi and Dhuleti respectively compared to normal days, said officials on Thursday.
On Dhuleti, the emergencies were 4,411 in Gujarat compared to normal day emergencies at 3,624 in the state.
Non-vehicular trauma recorded 113% rise and vehicular trauma 90% rise.
Non-vehicular trauma included physical assault, drowning, burn, stab wound and electrocution among others.
In vehicular trauma, officials recorded accidents involving two-wheelers the most, followed by cars and three-wheelers.
