Under the Gyankunj project started by Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, primary schools in Vadodara district are being equipped with technology and educational tools.

Efforts are being made to enhance the quality of education through various technology based projects through education in a total of 1053 schools under the District Panchayat of Vadodara district. Gyankunj project has been implemented in 140 schools of the district.

Under Gyankunj project, primary schools will be provided with laptops, projectors, infrared cameras, digital pens, speakers, white board, wireless broadband routers, white board pen and interactive white boards have been provided.

Under Gyankunj project the equipments is provided in primary schools in Std. 7 and 8 classes to enhance the teaching and learning process with the help of various technology equipments as well as classroom interactivity. These technical equipments have been provided to the primary schools by the State Government.
