Amid the ongoing controversy of Love Jihad state BJP president C.R. Patil during his visit to Vadodara said, the letter from the MLA would not make any difference and consent of all is required. However, strict legal action should be taken to control such incidents. For the first time since becoming the state BJP president, C.R. Patil was weighed with 95 kg of blood by city BJP Yuva Morcha and Yash Group in a school at Sama.

He said, Strict action should be taken in cases of love jihad and there should be a law and requires the consent of all. It may be mentioned that the incident of Love Jihad in Vadodara has raised a controversy Dabhoi MLA Shailesh Mehta (Sota) wrote a letter to the Chief Minister expressing his feelings and demand for making a law.

C.R. Patil who was visiting Vadodara for the first time visited Lakshmi Vilas Palace and also met veteran BJP activist N.V. Patel’s house. He said to be meet all the workers by staying 24 hours in each district. Regarding the upcoming corporation elections, he said that the work of Page Committee, Booth Committee and Lok Sabha Committee will be completed soon.

C.R. Patil said the BJP would win 100 per cent seats in the next corporation elections.  Along with that he expressed hope of party will also win the coming assembly elections in the year 2022. A large number of BJP leaders and supporters were present at the Raktatula program held at the school at Sama today. Social distancing violation was also seen in the program.
