FSL report: Ahmedabad, BRTS bus accident case, bus driver has been found guilty

On 21^st of November there was major accident in
which two brothers lost their Lives. The accident took Place near Panjara Pol. Following the incident,
there was anger against BRTS bus and bus driver across the city.

Also, driver Chirag Prajapati who got escaped after the
accident, was produced in court on Friday, the second day of the accident.

The bus driver, Chirag Prajapati, has been charged as guilty of execution. As well as the FSL report, it was revealed that even though the driver of the bus blew up two brothers, the brakes were not applied. The report added, during the site inspection, the BRTS driver had a brake shortly after the accident, but the brakes were not applied to save the two brothers.

In a police statement, the driver confessed that he had not seen the BRTS signal turned off or on.

On the morning of November 21, near Panjrapol signal, two
married sons of Gir-Somnath Congress leader and two married sons of Hirabhai
Ram, leader of Ahir Samaj, were hit by BRTS bus. In this tragic accident both
died on the spot.
