    Commandant Ajay Tiwari pushed training and continuity as tool of NDRF response commitment
    In his first address and interaction with the unit of 6 BN NDRF at Jarod, Commandant Ajay Tiwari pushed training and continuity as the tool of NDRF response commitment. Tiwari took over the unit command of 6 BN National Disaster Response Force and interact with unit officers and rescuers in his first Sainik Sammelan.

    He said, Disaster Management is not a destination but a journey so we have to achieve maximum success in Natural and CBRN Emergencies. Change is the need of hour and everyone shall work towards it and achieve new records. He said the area of disasters are increasing everyday and the unit has to prepare and train hard to face the challenges.

    He also discussed regarding new equipments and training aids and ensure to made available at the earliest. He also push the unit to work hard to achieve new heights in saving previous lives and property and he will be with them round the clock for performing many roles and convincing others to play their parts.

    “It’s a morale boosting session for everyone as the unit always push to perform their duties with dedication. The interaction will surely raise the bar and motivate the unit to save precious lives in the time of disaster. We are learning new things during rescue operations and the commandant assure of every possible help after talked to everyone personally,” said  R.K. Mishra Deputy Commandant and PRO 06 BN NDRF Jarod.
