Gets recognition in the record for Pouring World Highest Continuous Concrete in 24 hours span in Polavaram Dam project.
An Indian company Fair Mate Chemicals Private Limited registered their name in the Guinness World Record earlier this month. Having its corporate office in Vadodara the company gets recognition in the record for Pouring World Highest Continuous Concrete in 24 hours span in Polavaram Dam project.
The company was felicitated by the prestigious Guinness Book of World Records for their contribution in getting the record for Pouring World Highest Continuous Concrete in 24 hours span in Polavaram Dam project on Godavari (Sothern Ganga) in Andhra Pradesh.
“The Polavaram Multipurpose Irrigation Dam Project is carried out on massive scale under the Canadian consultant with estimated cost of around 58319 crores. On 7th January the Navyug Engineering Company poured 32315.50 cubic meters concrete continuously for 24 hours and created Guinness world record. They beat the earlier record of 18750 cubic meters held by Dubai,” said Bhavesh Shah Joint MD Fairmate Chemicals.
He further said Fairmate provide the chemicals needed to strengthen the construction and has important share in the record. The records committee certified the feat on the spot and CM Chandrababu Naidu felicitate the NECL MD Shreedhar and also recognise the contribution of Fairmate Chemicals and gives a memento to company joint MD Bhavesh Shah.
