It is time to update your watchlist for the week. Here is a quick look at all that's arriving on Netflix, Disney plus Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video and other platforms this week.

Lupin Part 3: Netflix

Release date: October 5

Omar Sy returns as thief and master of disguise Assane Diop in this drama set in France. In the third season, Diop, now in hiding cannot bear to live far away from his wife and son.

So he makes a daring plan to return to Paris, and puts forth a crazy proposal to them—that they leave France and start afresh elsewhere.

“But the ghosts of his past are never far away and an unexpected return will turn his plans upside down,” reads the streamer's synopsis. This is one of the most eagerly anticipated releases this week, as part 2 broke viewership records when it was released two years ago.

Khufiya: Netflix

Release date: October 5

Vishal Bhardwaj's spy thriller is inspired by true events and based on espionage novel Escape to Nowhere by Amar Bhushan. The film presents the story of Krishna Mehra (Tabu), a R&AW operative who is assigned to track down the mole selling India's defence secrets, while she is grappling with her dual identity of a spy and a lover. Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ashish Vidyarthi and Azmeri Haque Badhon also essay pivotal roles.

Loki Season 2: Disney plus Hotstar

Release date: October 6

In this fresh season, Loki, essayed by Tom Hiddleston, navigates the multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer and Miss Minutes. For this mission, he teams up with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and other characters. The series also features Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan and Owen Wilson.

Insidious: The Red Door: Netflix

Release date: October 6

In the fifth and final installment of the horror franchise, Josh Lambert is plagued by issues in his personal life—divorce from his wife Renai and strained relationships with his son Dalton. Dalton navigates college, while Josh discovers secrets about his family's past.

OMG 2: Netflix

Release date: October 8

Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi-starrer, which released in theatres in August, will soon be available for streaming. The film which was received well by audiences was in the news after the Censor Board gave it U/A rating. The Censor Board also recommended multiple cuts in the film and also demanded certain changes to the script and scenes ahead of the release.

Mumbai Diaries season 2: Amazon Prime Video

Release date: October 6

The second season of the critically accalimed medical drama series will unfold with the doctors, trainees, and staff of Bombay General Hospital dealing with "the aftermath of the terror attacks and their personal struggles that follow, juxtaposing it against the devastation brought by the Mumbai floods", the streamer stated. The show which explores the lives and challenges of frontline health workers features Konkona Sen Sharma, Mohit Raina, Tina Desai, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Satyajeet Dubey, Natasha Bharadwaj, Mrunmayee Deshpande and Prakash Belawadi in key roles.
