Ramesh Deo's death has severely affected his fans and family, who are mourning the loss of a Bollywood legend. On Thursday, the actor who died on February 2 had his final rituals done (Feb 3).
Fans and paparazzi have shared videos and photos from the parade on social media. Many Bollywood celebrities, including Ashutosh Gowariker, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Suresh Oberoi, were present for his funeral rituals.
His family, which included his wife Seema Deo and kids Abhinay and Ajinkya Deo, were also present.
For the uninitiated, Ramesh Deo, who starred in over 250 films over his career, died of a heart attack at the age of 93.
Deo has starred in films such as 'Aarti,' 'Anand,' 'Aap Ki Kasam,' 'Mere Apne,' 'Kora Kagaz,' 'Khilona,' and 'Teen Bahuraniyan,' among others, and has worked alongside actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Dilip Kumar, Dharmendra, and Rajesh Khanna.'
More than 250 Hindi films, 190 Marathi films, and 30 Marathi dramas have included him. He appeared in popular Hindi films like as Khilona, Rampur Ka Lakshman, and Kora Kagaz, among others.
Ramesh Deo was also a veteran of Marathi television, having appeared in over 30 dramas. Deo's career as an actor was not confined to only performing; he also produced feature films, became a director, supported TV serials, and appeared in over 250 commercials.
Ramesh Deo, who was born in Amravati, Maharashtra, first appeared in a cameo role in the 1951 Marathi film 'Paatlaachi Por.' In the Marathi film 'Andhala Magto Ek Dola' (1956), directed by Raja Paranjape, he played his first full-fledged part.
