If you are up for movies that will give you a sense of pride and love towards the nation, here are movies to watch this weekend.

Ae Watan Mere Watan: Ae Watan Mere Watan is the story of a freedom fighter, who has been overlooked. 

The movie starring Sara Ali Khan, tells the tale of Usha Mehta. Mehta, in 1942, started an underground radio station to spread the message of unity. 

The movie also stars Emraan Hashmi and Alexx O'Nell. This is Khan's first patriotic film. 

The movie has been directed by Kannan Iyer. The British then tried to track down Mehta, a student of Wilson College, Mumbai and shut down the radio station.

The movie will be released on March 21 on Prime Video.

Yodha: This movie starring Sidharth Malhotra, is about the son of an Army man, founder of a task force-- Yodha. Malhotra is determined to take his father's legacy forward. 

The film is produced by Dharma Productions. It is the story of an off-duty soldier, who, when terrorists hijack a plane, devices a strategy to ensure the safety of the passengers. Running in theatres currently

Fighter: Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand, stars Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor. The movie is about how IAF aviators come together when a Pakistani terrorist organisation plans an attack on India. Fighter will set a benchmark for what an aerial action film would look like in Bollywood. Will stream on Netflix March 21 onwards

Swatantrya Veer Savarkar: Swatantrya Veer Savarkar starring Randeep Hooda, is a biopic on the life of the freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. The movie, which also stars Ankita Lokhande and Apinderdeep Singh, is co-written by Hooda. The film is directed by Hooda, who underwent a major transformation to play the role. The film is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Randeep Hooda Films with Legend Studios and Avak Films. It will be released in theatres on March 22.
