New Bachchan Pandey posters shared by Akshay Kumar, and the film will be released on Holi

This Holi has been set aside for Akshay Kumar's upcoming film, Bachchan Pandey. The actor has stated that the film will be released on March 18 in theatres. In the film, he portrays a gangster with Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez.

To make the announcement, Akshay presented two new posters. His solo billboard features him wearing an unbuttoned shirt and a scarf around his head. On his back, he is seen holding a backpack containing a gun and other weapons.

Another billboard shows him travelling in a truck with his gang. His gang members are seen with swords and other weapons as they appear to be heading for a kill, while he sits on the bonnet of the car, clutching a pistol.

He claimed that through sharing the posters, he was able to help others Action, Comedy, Romance, Drama L-O-A-D-I-N-G this Holi! #SajidNadiadwala's #BachchanPandey in cinemas on March 18,2022."

Bachchan Pandey is believed to be about a mobster who wants to be an actor, while Kriti Sanon is a journalist who wants to direct. Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, and Prateik Babbar also star in the film.

Nischay Kuttanda wrote the script and Farhad Samji directed the film. It was originally set to be released on Christmas Day, 2020, but was postponed owing to the coronavirus epidemic.

After wrapping up the Jaisalmer schedule, Kriti had shared a picture with Akshay from the sets and written, "One of the bestest, most fun and memorable schedules I have had so far.. Time just flew and we ended up making a film in between the echoing laughters, gaming sessions and neverending lunches and dinners as we all became one family! It was surely the saddest Goodbye from the beautiful Suryagarh Palace.. but we shall meet again soon! Can't wait to see you guys in Cinemas! @nadiadwalagrandson."
