Fans of actress Nayanthara are on cloud nine amid reports of the actress's wedding to filmmaker Vignesh Shivan on June 9. Nayanthara has been dating the Naanum Rowdy Than director for seven years.
According to reports, they had initially planned to tie the knot at the Tirupathi temple.
However, the venue has now been changed to Mahabalipuram, Times of India reported.
The couple is yet to make an official announcement regarding their wedding.
A 'Save the Date' invitation is also doing the rounds of social media. The digital invite reads, "Save the Date for the wedding of Nayan & Wikki. 9th June 2022, Mahabs.
Nayanthara and Vignesh fell in love on the sets of Naanum Rowdy Dhan in 2015. They got engaged in 2021.
The wedding is expected to be a private ceremony, attended by only close friends and family members.
Reports suggests that Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith, Vijay Sethupathi and several others from the film industry have been invited for a grand wedding reception.
Nayanthara was last seen in romantic comedy Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, directed by Vignesh. The film also featured Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Sethupathi
