KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty make their relationship public
For quite some time, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have been said to be dating.
KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have finally made their relationship Instagram public after months of speculation. KL Rahul tweeted images of himself and Athiya with a loving caption on Athiya's birthday.
Athiya and Rahul can be seen goofing around in the first picture, which is a postcard-perfect snap. They were seen in the other photo flashing their million-dollar smiles. "Happy birthday my (red heart) @athiyashetty," a small note accompanied the photos. Athiya, too, expressed her appreciation for the post by adding a heart and an earth emoji.
The announcement came after Rahul led Team India to a convincing win over Scotland in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2021 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium's Group 2 Super 12 match. Interestingly, Athiya was present at the stadium during the match against Scotland, cheering on Rahul and Team India. The camera switched to the stands as Rahul scored his fifty, when Athiya was seen clapping alongside Rohit Sharma's wife, Ritika Sajdeh.
According to an HT storey from earlier this year, KL Rahul named Athiya as his partner before travelling for the World Test Championship Final in England and informed the BCCI about it.
Athiya Shetty's connection with KL Rahul is frequently in the news. Athiya and Rahul have been sighted together in public and on one other's social media accounts.
On the career front, Athiya made her Bollywood debut alongside Suraj Pancholi in the 2015 film Hero. She was recently seen with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the comedy flick Motichoor Chaknachoor. Her next project has yet to be announced by the actress.
