GV Prakash & Mamitha Baiju’s Rebel arrives on OTT within two weeks of theatrical release

Premalu beauty Mamitha Baiju has become the talk of the town ever since the rom-com entertainer hit the screens.

She received applause from the bigwigs, including SS Rajamouli, for her cute performance.

She recently starred in a Tamil film titled Rebel, which featured GV Prakash Kumar as the protagonist.

Mamitha, along with GV Prakash, promoted the film very well.

Surprisingly, the film arrived on OTT within two weeks of its theatrical release. Rebel is now available for streaming on Prime Video in Tamil and Telugu audios along with English subtitles.

The early OTT arrival has come as a shock to movie buffs. A few are saying that people will no longer show interest in going to theatres if such practices are followed.

The even more shocking thing is that the film is from the top production house, Studio Green. Rebel follows the story of a Tamil student in Kerala who faces oppression from a political group. Written and directed by Nikesh RS, GV Prakash himself composed the tunes.
