Chhatra Sansad school of Leadership interaction with Ramdas Athawale Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment in the Government of India

The participants of Chhatra Sansad's School of Leadership being conducted in association with Parul University had their 2nd interaction with Ramdas Athawale Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment in the Government of India.

The interaction with him was the second in a long list of upcoming interactions that the students at the School of Leadership will participate in.

Ramdas Athawale talked about the importance of a leader's integration with their team the to be one amongst the masses and not one above them. He also spoke about Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and how Chhatra Sansad has played a pivotal role in the upliftment of the social downtrodden in the state of Gujarat for the last 6 years.

He also emphasised the importance of both short-term as well as long-term goals and how one should set achievable yet progressive short-term goals that will become the steps needed to fulfil the long-term goal.

He went on to talk about how accountability and the courage to own up to one's mistakes is one of the most crucial characteristics that separate leaders from followers. He also inaugurated the flagship campaign of Chhatra Sansad, InternNation Leadership Tour'21 which is powered by Parul University.

The session ended with a Q & A session between the participants and Shri Ramdas Athawale.
