The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting a series of virtual workshops on career development for students, parents, teachers, principals and counselors.
The workshop seeks to help and assist students, parents, school heads and teachers in decision-making. Every week there will be one workshop focusing on one group.
The CBSE has specially designed these workshops to provide participants with a comprehensive approach to the career advising and decision-making process.
The CBSE has issued a schedule of the workshops which contains the date, time, topic, speakers, registration, and webinar links.
This workshop, designed for CBSE school students, emphasizes the significance of reflective thinking as a foundational skill for building self-reliance in recognizing their unique talents and aptitudes.
By fostering an environment that encourages self-exploration, students are guided to understand their inherent strengths and how these can be aligned with future educational and career opportunities, the board said.
The ultimate aim is to equip students with simple techniques to continually assess their capabilities and adapt to evolving trends in the workforce and education sectors, ensuring a lifelong alignment of their strengths with their career paths.
