Accor, a hospitality group and the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) have forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the global campus of IIHM in Kolkata.
This MoU lays the foundation for a lasting partnership aimed at offering hospitality education and enhancing employment prospects for students across India, according to an official statement.

IIHM is set to offer a comprehensive one-Year certificate/diploma course, complete with industrial training and examinations.
These programmes will be crafted to meet the standards stipulated by the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) and the government of India’s requirements.
These courses will be made available in key cities across India, including Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Hyderabad, the statement added.
