Doctors of government rural health centers were given online training on the diagnosis of mucormycosis disease

Online training on the identification of dangerous disease of mucormycosis has been provided by the Vadodara district health system as part of preventive step.

According to the information given by the Chief District Health Officer Dr. Surendra Jain, the medical officers of the community health center / primary health center of the district have been directed to identify the suspected symptoms of mucormycosis and take immediate action.

To diagnose and treat such patients, online training of necessary precautions is provided by Dr. Hiren Soni professor of ENT department at Gotri hospital and Dr. Sameer Serasia, an oculoplastic surgeon. The aim is to identify the symptoms and shifting them at Gotri and SSG Hospital in time.
