District Collector reviews the law and order situation in the rural areas through video conference

Request to take necessary precautionary measures for upcoming festival appeal, everyone, to stay at home and celebrate

Vadodara District Collector Shalini Agarwal interacted and review the law and order situations in view of the upcoming festivals. She gave guidance to the District Officers, Deputy Superintendents of Police and Police Officers in a video conference regarding the maintenance of law and order in the festivals pertaining to Lock Down 4. She was also joined by District Superintendent of Police Sudhir Desai.

The District Collector also made a special appeal to the citizens to stay at home and celebrate the upcoming festival.

She reviewed the current law and order situation in each taluka and focus on the steps to be taken for peaceful celebration of the festival. She ensure that the forthcoming festival is celebrated in an atmosphere of communal harmony, peace and brotherhood. She request for necessary precautionary measures to ensure the festival be celebrated without any untoward incident. 

She directed the provincial officers and police officers to ensure strict adherence to the guidelines and instructions of the Government of India and Government of Gujarat with regard to Lockdown 4.
