Deepak Foundation and NABARD inaugurated Farmers Produce Organisation at Dhantej village

Deepak Foundation in collaboration with National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development( NABARD) inaugurated Farmers Produce Organisation in Dhantej village, Savli Block.

NABARD recently had launched a campaign on Sanitation literacy to create awareness about behavioural change in the rural population in adopting good hygiene and sanitation practices. Villagers from Savli were also present on the occasion along with Panchayat members. An awareness session on hygiene, sanitation and washing hands was also conducted by Jayanti Chauhan, trainer at Deepak Foundation.

D K Mishra, Chief General Manager Gujarat Regional Office, NABARD, inaugurated the FPO along with Director Deepak Foundation Archana Joshi, Deputy Director Dr Jai Pawar and Sahjanand Patel and NABARD Deputy development manager Darshan Deore.
