CREDAI Vadodara organise Housefull Property Show 2019

Will held from 25 to 27 January at Navlakhi ground

After a gap of three years CREDAI Vadodara is organising the property expo in the city giving a golden opportunity for the buyers to purchase their dream properties. The show will be held from 25th to 27th January at Navlakhi ground.

The ‘Houseful Property Show 2019’ will showcase around 500 properties from 100 developers from every part of the city. The expo will have range of affordable and luxurious houses, commercial complexes giving the buyers a opportunity to purchase their dream properties.

As per the officials around 90% of under construction properties will be on display in the expo and they are expecting around 50,000 people visit in three days.

“As a offer for the buyers we will give a dummy cheque to the people at the time of registration which gives them a opportunity to avail 1lakh rupees discount against the property they buy in 30 days time. Other then this the developers also comes with their own offers in the expo. The buyers can choose properties from 7lakh to 2 crores and get special discounts, ” said Jatin Amin President CREDAI Vadodara.

A lucky draw will be organised for the visitors which gives them the opportunity to win attractive prizes. Food court, live performance of artists, various conferences, brokers meet and talk shows will be added attractions in the expo.
