Congress protest over shortage of medical necessities in Vadodara hospitals

Taking a dig at the state and central government, Congress party hold demonstrations at district levels in Gujarat on Saturday. In Vadodara the party held demonstration at Kalaghoda circle with banners and placards demanding to provide better medical facilities in covid hospitals for treatment.

Vadodara City Congress Committee President Prashant Patel, former Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Srivastava, Corporators and members held a protest at Kalaghoda circle to highlight the issues facing by patients and hospitals in this difficult time and demand for quick resolution to save lives.

They raised the shortage of ventilators, oxygen, remedicivir injections, delay in report of RTPCR testing and adequate managment of vaccination programmes. They demand to provide enough necessary supplies to hospitals in order to save the lives of patients and also the speeding up the vaccination drive as this is the best effective way of safety from Corona.
