It’s Christmas time and the city gears up for the celebration with beautiful red caps, dresses to welcome the new year and spreading the message of Lord Jesus Christ. Like every year a Santa Parade was organised in the city to spread the message of peace and brotherhood.
For the first time United Christian Association organise the Christmas Parade to spread the message of Lord Jesus Christ written on placards and banners. Starting from near Sharon church the parade was attended by father’s of all churches in Vadodara along with Christian community dressed in Christmas attires.
People attending the parade sing Christmas songs and carols and sent Christmas wishes to everyone. They also distribute chocolates and gifts to the people spreading the message of love and peace. Live dance performances and live decoration of the birth of Lord Jesus Christ is the special attraction in the parade. The parade also has the characters shown inside Bible to spread the message more effectively among the people.
Starting from Butler MTI Community ground the Christmas Parade moves through areas like Nizampura, Fatehgunj, Kamatibaug, Kalaghoda, Sayajigunj before it ends at Pratapgunj Rosary church.
