Chhatra Sansad campaign ‘Janta Ka Manifesto’ getting good response in Vadodara

Gujarat’s politics is heating up with the upcoming local body elections and political parties already start their process to choose their right candidates. However it’s a tough ask for them to earn the trust of voters.

With an aim to put forward the basic issues of voters, Chhatra Sansad team started their campaign ‘Janta Ka Manifesto’ and getting good response from the people of Vadodara.
It’s been over a month since they started interacting with people from all walks of life and so far have been inundated with requests for interactions from various residential societies and communities.

What started as a weekend activity has now grown into 15-20 interactions per day in societies across all the 19 wards of Vadodara, not including the new areas that have been annexed into the purview of the VMC, stated Team CS.

They said, We have been overwhelmed by the support shown to us and are currently collecting data, which will be compiled into a report that will list the grievances and problems faced by the citizens according to the Ward distribution of Vadodara. It is our hope that the VMC sees what is the most important and urgent matters that need to be looked into and fixed and subsequently solve the problems and issues of the citizens of Vadodara. It is our aim to start this tradition of true interaction between citizens and authorities so that problems may be solved quickly and efficiently.
