Called students to school for exam

Vadodara police registered a case against school principal and director of reputed Bhavans school for violation of lockdown rules and Covid 19 notification in place. Despite the order to close schools due to the corona virus epidemic, the school called the students and conducting exam putting their lives in danger.

In view of the Coronavirus epidemic, city police commissioner issues a notification about the curfew imposed in the city, closure of schools and colleges and only offices of educational institutes can operate following the Covid 19 guidelines strictly. No students are to be called by the schools during this time and they can study through online mediums.

However the school situation exactly opposite Makarpura police station was started and students were called to appear the exam in uniform. In a viral video the students were seen going inside the school. A investigation was done in the matter and the school was found to be violated the Covid 19 guidelines and put their own and students lives in danger.

Based on the findings Makarpura police questioned principal Rajivkumar Singhal and he said to be taken the verbal permission of director Deepak Dalal and called 8 students of 9th standard for exam of 9th July 2020. Later they registered case against both principal and director for violating the Covid 19 notification and further investigating in the matter.
