This incident took place at a mobile shop in Kamla Nagar area of Delhi. In the video, two men can be seen assaulting two employees of the electronics showroom. An employee can be seen being badly beaten by customers in a packed shop. When other employees come to save him, they are also assaulted.
The accused beat him and even tear his T-shirt, while he is seen trying to escape by placing his hands on his head. Even when women employees try to intervene, they are also roughed up. Its video was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the store.
The mobile was to be delivered on 22nd September
The accused customers had booked a mobile phone, which was to be delivered on September 22. The shopkeeper could not deliver the mobile on 22 September. It is alleged that due to this both of them started beating the showroom staff. The police took preventive action against the accused under section 107/151 of CrPC and arrested both of them.
