BCA to conduct two day workshop with 40 coaches starting from Saturday 4th July 2020

The Baroda Cricket Association will be conducting a two day workshop with 40 coaches starting from Saturday 4th July 2020.

 The program is to cover gender awarness, gender equality, sensitivity to people at workplace.

Mellissa Ferrier a professional psycologist from Australia will conduct the program over two sessions. The objective is also to educate professional coaches on handling sensitive issues that have become a non negotiable in modern day sport and parenting.
