BCA and 1 Play Sports tie up for better development of cricketers and cricket in Baroda

For the better development of cricket, 1 Play Sports tie up with Baroda Cricket Association for a five year agreement starting from May 2020. During this agreement 1 Play Sports and BCA together will produce and build sports content around community cricket and bring a wider awareness and reach of BCA organised events through streaming on 1 Play Sports social media and other platforms.

BCA has appointed 1 Play Sports as its exclusive Commercial Agency with rights for monetising and distributing the content created during this agreement. “BCA is thrilled to tie up with 1 Play sports. They are an ideal partner to showcase the rich cricketing legacy of Baroda as well as the present and future cricket to its fans”, said Pranav Amin, President, BCA as he shared his enthusiasm for the partnership. 

“This will be a landmark partnership for both BCA and 1 Play Sports. Domestic cricket is the lifeline of the Indian cricket and this association will help us script a story of Baroda Cricket that will dwell into its past, present, and future. It will also add value to its fans, players, and marketers who want to be a part of this rich cricketing history”, shared Shishir Hattangadi, CEO, BCA. 

In addition to its cutting edge technology, distribution platforms, and content generation capabilities, 1 Play Sports will support BCA by bringing sponsorships and raising revenue to promote these community events at the national and international levels.

During this alliance 1 Play Sports will produce and stream live broadcasts and content pieces of surround content and compelling stories around tournaments to be organised by BCA including U-16, U-14. and U-19 local cricket tournaments, U-16 and U-19 district cricket tournament and HD Zaveri Premier League.
