Claimed to be the first artist to made a painting of Lord Shiva in the city

An artist from Vadodara, Kumkum Pandya achieve a rare feat in the city of Lyon in France after got a chance to draw the painting of lord Shiva. She claimed to be the first artist to made a painting of Shiva in the city.

Lord Shiva is known as “The Destroyer” within the Trimurti, the Hindu trinity that includes Brahma and Vishnu. He is also the primal soul of universe and also known as Adiyogi Shiva, regarded as the patron god of yoga, meditation and arts. The Lord is also among favorite in artists as they draw Shiva in it’s various avataars using different mediums.

Kumkum a senior artist from Vadodara is known for her real to life paintings and had various laurels to her name. Now based in the city of Lyon she once again proved her mastery in art. She got a chance to draw a painting of Shiva and claimed to be the first artist to made a painting on lord in this city.

In her words,”I am very lucky to got a chance to do a painting of Shiva in the city of Lyon, France. According to the people here, I am the first artist who has made a painting of Shiva in this city. It is my privilege as an artist that I got a chance to make the first painting of Lord Shiva.”

Kumkum use Graffiti neon pen, acrylics wall Colors, acrylic spray for the art which is at Yoga centre and temple too is at the same place. She said, Neon Graffiti pen is the the speciality of European street artists and they use this pen for street art. The centre picture of shiva is on canvas material with mix media and acrylics wall Colors for wall painting. It took her 12 hours to complete the whole wall mural.
