Appointment of Nodal Officer for Maintenance of Oxygen and Medical Equipment Supply in Hospitals

Dr. Vinod Rao, Officer on Special Duty and Education Secretary, has issued one more order for strengthening the treatment of covid under the provisions of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897.

By this order he directed the Assistant Commissioner of Food and Drug Regulatory Authority, Vadodara, J.P. Patel as the nodal officer. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring uninterrupted supply of oxygen to all government and private hospitals and ensuring availability and coordination of medicines, injections and other medical equipment.
