Prepared in less than 30 minutes, this vada recipe is not deep-fried, which makes it comparatively healthy. We have shallow-fried these vadas in just 4 tbsp oil.

In this recipe, we have used sliced onions to make vadas which complements the flavours of the vada in the tastiest way possible.
