The very first building of Gujarat that consist of 19 lifts starting from basement. It also consist of 26 ladies & gents washrooms along with 3 handicap washroom, these are the main high lights of this construction

The building is spread over 6 lacs sq ft and around 2 lacs sq ft has been alotted to the basement parking, such concept is India’s first model that’s why it has been awarded & appreciated.
