All samples taken from Rapid Anti Body Test Kits tested negative in Vadodara district

Vadodara district health teams collected 78 samples from rural areas using the Rapid Anti Body Test Kits are tested negative. Chief District Health officer Dr. Uday Tilawat informed the same and said all the samples collected by the teams are tested negative.

He further informed that based on the traditional method of RTPCR, 35 samples were taken from the rural areas of the district yesterday for Corona test. Continuing the same on Saturday the teams collected total 70 samples from Karjan, Padra, Shinor and Vadodara taluka for testing. In total 105 samples were taken in two days. 20 samples taken a day earlier from Waghodia comes negative and rest are under testing.

He further said that presently Dabhoi, Methi in Karjan, Parul Camp, Chokari in Padra and Bhayli in Vadodara Taluka are in containment zone and the nearby areas are declared as buffer zone by the administration.

District health teams conduct checking in these areas with 15 teams under six doctors where they survey 9199 peoples in 2429 houses. During checking they found no cases related to fever, cough, cold, breathlessness and other complications.
