ACB caught an Engineer accepting bribe in Vadodara

Vadodara ACB caught a Executive Engineer in Water Supply department of the VMC for accepting bribe in the matter of cleaning water tanks.

As per details Mukund Patel Executive Engineer and Class one officer in the VMC demand the bribe from Manager of Eco Facilities Managment Services for clearing the two bills for the tender process of cleaning overhead and underground tanks. Patel asked for 1.25 lakhs and later increased it to 1.50 lakhs after the complainant present another two bills of his previous works.

The complainant don’t want to give the money and report the matter to ACB who in turn laid a trap and caught the officer while accepting the bribe from the complainant.
