In view of Corona pandemic the university was closed and online education were conducted by the teachers for the students. In which on-line education is also being imparted by the Commerce Faculty. Now the students are confused as the university is planning to take FY and SY exams as per the 100 percent syllabus.

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad has raised its voice against the commerce faculty which is going to take exams according to 100% course by giving online education. ABVP Is demanding a 50 per cent reduction in courses.

A verbal representation was made to the Dean of Commerce by the student union to reduce the course by 50 per cent. But it was not taken into consideration and as the faculty plan to take the exam as per 100% syllabus, ABVP has raised the issue and locked the gate in protest.

With this ABVP also gives a memorandum to the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce with a demand to reduce the course by 50 per cent. They mentioned that online education is not quality one and therefore it’s not appropriate to take the exam according to 100 percent course. If the examination is taken as per the syllabus the students will suffer a great loss. Therefore, it has been demanded to reduce the course by 50 per cent and take the exam. Leaders of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad said that the commerce faculty has been locked down with a demand to reduce the courses by 50 per cent.

ABVP further mentioned, even after today’s program, if the faculty does not change its decision, there will be a fierce agitation in the coming days.
