Full caution is essential for the next 2 weeks: Dr. Vinod Rao

Officer on Special Duty and Education Secretary Dr.  Vinod Rao said that compared to the 13th round of last week’s door-to-door survey, the 14th round this week has seen a slight decrease in Covid like symptoms. However, full caution and vigilance is essential for the next two weeks.  Now the 15th Round of Door to Door Health Survey is planned to be held from 7 to 11th December.

He further added that the number of positive patients admitted to the hospital has stabilized during the last 5 days due to various precautionary measures, but precautionary measures need to be taken for the next 2 weeks.

Similarly, the number of patients admitted to government and private hospitals by 108 has seen a stabilization. The number of patients admitted to government and private hospitals by the 108 service remained highest between November 20 and 26. However, despite the stability in numbers, the decline has not been sharp and permanent.
