Board train from Bharuch towards their home town

With the coordination of Vadodara district administration, 139 persons from Assam and Manipur returned home on Saturday. They board the train from Bharuch after reached there by road.

The travelling became possible by the coordination of district administration as per the instructions of District Collector Shalini Agarwal. 139 people from Assam and Manipur return home via Bharuch on Saturday. All were sent to Bharuch in 5 buses from where they were given the benefit of traveling in a special train for their hometown.

Giving information, Nodal Officer and Deputy Collector R.P. Joshi said, as per the instructions of State Government and under the guidance of District Collector Shalini Agarwal, they coordinate the running of Shramik special Trains from Vadodara as well as special trains departing from the surrounding districts including Ahmedabad for the benefit of the people of Vadodara city and district.

After sending the people of Himachal Pradesh in the train departing from Ahmedabad in the morning, the people of Assam and Manipur were sent home in the train departing from Bharuch.

Apart from the food packets given by the food committee, their medical screening was also done as per the rules.
