Youth Congress celebrate National Unemployment Day in Vadodara

Youth Congress celebrate National Unemployment Day in Vadodara on the occasion of birth anniversary of PM Narendra Modi. Police detained them from the spot for violation of notification in place.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his birthday today and lots of programmes are organised to send him greetings on this day. However Vadodara Youth Congress has some other ideas and they celebrate the day as National Unemployment Day. They put allegations on the PM for not fulfilling his promise to give employment to every youth.

The members gathered at Dairy Den circle and celebrate the day by raising questions about the employment status in the country. They put allegations on the Prime Minister for not fulfilling his promise to give employment to 2 crore in a year. They also said due to Coronavirus pandemic the situation is getting worse and many people lost their jobs.

With such allegations and demands the members shouted slogans against the government and celebrate the day in a different way. However they were later detained by the police for violation of notification in place.
