The main conspirator in the LRD paper leak matter Yashpal Sinh Solanki is untraceable but the colleagues working with him are in shock about his involvement is such a big scam. He was working in Urban Primary Health centre at Warasiya and has a clean image among his colleagues working in the centre.

As per medical officer Dr. Jalpa Patel they are yet to believe his involvement in such a matter as he was not involved in any type of misbehaviour or any other suspicious activities. He joined the centre on 8th August 2018 till the month of September doing fogging work. He gives his name as Yashpal Thakor and the employees in the centre are in delima about his name when it comes out in the scam.
