Along with the girl, the bodies of five of her family members and two ambulance workers gone to save her were also found after being trapped under Israeli military fire.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) accused Israel of deliberately targeting the ambulance it sent to rescue the girl after she had spent hours on the phone to dispatchers begging for help.

Hind's body along with the rest of the relatives was recovered fron the Tel al-Hawa suburb of Gaza City.

The audio clips released by the Red Crescent revealed her distress and fear. "Come and get me," Hind was heard crying desperately in another audio recording. "I'm so scared, please come."

According to PCRS, it was after coordinating with the Israeli military and getting a green signal that the ambulance had gone to rescue the child.

However, later contact with both the ambulance and Hind was lost by the team.
