World Environment Day celebration by children of BCC Vadodara

On "Plants nahi to Planet nahi” concept, the children of BCC celebrated World Environment Day. They plant saplings and give message of environment protection through various other programmes.

As children are the future of the planet thus BCC celebrated World Environment day at the communities with the children of Balwadi, PASS, Anganwadi, with special children and City Child Line (1098) project. They planted saplings in their home and surroundings.

A webinar was conducted by the Mental Wellness project with 85 children who made bird feeders and tote bags from the waste material. Thus the concept of “Reuse, Reduce and Recycle” was explained. The Railway help desk team presented plant saplings to the Railway officers of railway as a “token of remembrance” of this day.
