Watch Statue of Unity from the eyes of drone

Standing at 182 metres the world's tallest statue The Statue of Unity is ready to unviel on 31st October the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel. Prime Minister will inagurate the monument dedicated to Indian independence movement leader Vallabhbhai Patel.

Facing the Narmada Dam the historic Statue of Unity is situated on river island of Sadhu Bet near Rajpipla. The monument occupies a huge space and is surrounded by a 12 square km artificial lake gives. Starting from 2013 the construction of the statue completes in 2018 and will be inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on 31st October birth anniversary of Sardar Patel.
