Wanted accused arrested by SOG

Vadodara SOG team recieved a information about a wanted accused in Himmatnagar A division police station was about to visit his home in Vadodara. The accused Ajay Kahar resident of Vaikunth society at Waghodia road is wanted for cheating at forgery at the police station and was caught by the Vadodara SOG team as soon as he arrived at the place where they kept secret watch.

The accused is wanted in the Himmatnagar A Division police station under IPC 406, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120 (B) and cheated a automobile showroom by forging documents to purchase a tractor. The accused Ajay kahar along with Amarsinh Parmar, Champaksnh Parmar and Harshad Prajapati all residents of Himmatnagar planned to buy a tractor from Dharti Automotive pvt. ltd and Fiat (India) showroom.

The accused purchased a tractor and decide to gave down payment of 85,000 and rest amount of 4 lakhs as loan. The accused give 40,000 and take the tractor with bogus sale deed on 100rs stamp paper in the name of Sanjay Hasmukhlal Shah who never existed and forged the documents. The complaint was registered against them of cheating of 4,45,000 to the showroom. After the arrest the SOG team handover Ajay Kahar to Panigate police station and also informed Himmatnagar police for the custody of the accused.
