Volunteers
of GSPCA rescued a four foot crocodile from near Kalaghoda circle in Vadodara
late night on Wednesday. They later handover the animal to the forest
department.

GSPCA secretary Raj Bhavsar said, one on duty LRD jawan at Kalaghoda circle at Sayajigunj area of the city called about the presence of crocodile on the road. The volunteer team reached the spot and rescued it from the spot.

It is
believed that the crocodile must be strayed from nearby Vishwamitri river. The
crocodile was later handover to the forest department. Three crocodiles were
rescued in last three days by the teams.
