started their drive to recover the tax amounts and sealed around 100 properties
of the traders failed to pay their taxes. The drive will be intensified from
Monday by the team.
The
collection drive by the VMSS spread panic in businessmen not paying their taxes.
The ward offices are carrying out the drive in their areas and sealed the
properties of the ones failed to pay their taxes.
Many of them
deposit their taxes on the spot and stop their shops being sealed by the VMSS
teams. Till afternoon the teams sealed around 100 such properties and continue
the drive in coming days.
