VMSS team went berserk and beat local residents mercilessly

The VMSS is running a drive to widening the main roads spread inside the city as part of the smart city project after the Vadodara city was included in the list. For the drive the encroachment team is removing the structures falls inside the road widening project and many times they clashed with the locals for removing the structures, houses and other encroachments.

On Saturday a team went to the Ellorapark area and began their drive to remove the encroachments. The team reached Ellora Park Milk center and there starts the heated arguments between the locals and the VMSS team. However the argument turned into physical fight between both and the on duty staff of VMSS without thinking of their discipline and beat the locals mercilessly. They don’t even hesitate to be disrespectful towards the women present there and one of them was seen fighting and pushing the woman.

The VMSS team went on to beat the locals and one of them used a aluminium like pipe and beat a youth so badly inside the city ride bus used by the VMSS encroachment team. A policeman was also seen at the spot but done nothing to prevent the situation. The VMSS team seems to be lost everything and they also hit a local cameraman slapped him and damaged his camera and mike when he tried to take their version about the incident.

On the other side when tried to contact the encroachment officer Mangesh Jaiswal about the incident he was not receiving the call. The incident sent shockwaves through the minds of the residents after the VMSS team went berserk and hit the people.
