VMSS health team checking inside tents selling mango juice

Summer is already set in so as the king of fruits mangoes starts arriving in the markets. The heat is also increasing with each passing day and people are searching for juice outlets to silence their thirst.

However it is the time when makeshift mango juice outlets open like clusters and sell mango juice without worrying about hygiene and people health. VMSS health teams in Vadodara continues their drive to check such outlets and strikes inside such makeshift tents in Makarpura and Tarsali areas.

The five members team head by food inspector Prashant Bhavsar checked inside 12 such tents in the area and destroyed about 20kgs of cutted fruit directly stored in the ice. They also destroyed perishable mangoes and give Schedule 4 notice to five or six tents to maintain hygiene.
