In his six year long professional career Vijender singh is going to face the biggest challenge.He goes up against Australian boxer Kerry Hope for the WBO Asia Super Middleweight title belt on Saturday 16th July 2016.
Vijender Singh won all his six fights and was bronze medalist in the Beijing Olympics, but comaparatively Hope has more experience and is better caliber fighter than Vijender’s previous opponents.
The 34-year old Kerry Hope has been a professional boxer for 12 years and has been involved in 30 fights and won in 23 fights. Though some people would accept that Vijender is the overwhelming favourite to win the fight.Physically, he is bigger, taller and has the benefit of longer reach.
While Kerry isnot a particularly heavy puncher, and hope has been fighting infrequently, vijender has been in constant training and competition over the past year.
