Today on Wednesday various programs were held in Vadodara to celebrate the Bhumi Pujan for the construction of the magnificent temple of Lord Ramji in Ayodhya.
To mark the day the farmer from Bhayali village near Vadodara place the picture of Lord Ram on the 20 feet high chair at his petrol pump. He prepared the chair for this special occasion and on the historic day placed the picture of Lord Shriram with rituals.
Arvindbhai Patel, a farmer living in Bhayali village has made a chair 20 feet high and weighing 1500 kg in 15 days. On Wednesday they placed a big picture of Lord Ram to celebrate the historic occasion of Bhumi Pujan of Ram temple at Ayodhya.
He place the chair with the picture at his petrol pump which becomes a centre of attraction for the people.
Arvindbhai Patel, former Sanpanch of Bhayali village and a farmer who built a 20-foot-high chair said, he used to get bored sitting at home during the lockdown and after searching the internet decides to make the chair which is 20 feet high and no one in India made it.
He further said, he had gone to America some time back and at that time saw chairs 4 to 5 feet high, but no chair bigger than that came to his notice. In the meantime he searched the internet and also not find a chair four to five feet high.
So he decide and built the tallest 20 feet high chair in the country in 15 days using the time he got in the Corona lockdown and the material he had. The weight of this chair is 1500 kg.
Arvindbhai said that the purpose behind making this chair was just that there are many big statues and wonders in the country, but nowhere is there a 20 feet high chair. Today a picture of Lord Shriram has been placed in this chair for public viewing at his petrol pump. He also distributed Ladoo Prasad to the people.
Similarly Agarwal Yuva Sangh distribute 1100 ladu to the people at Kadakbazaar in Sayajigunj. Apart from this, 108 lamps were lit in the Ramji temple at Mandvi in Vadodara to celebrate the foundation stone of the Ram temple. 21000 ladu was made and distributed by Mangal Bazar Yuvak Mandal. Bhumi Pujan was performed by Karni Sena at Diwali Pura to build Ram Chowk.
