Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad tweet the news on his Twitter

Zoya Khan from Vadodara become first transgender to join the Common Service Center or CSC. The Common Service Center comes under the ministry of Information Technology and Communication Government of India. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad also tweet the news on Twitter.

Zoya Khan is a transgender associated with the LGBT community of Vadodara and already involved in social activities in the city. When Zoya came in contact with Asif Khan, the District Manager of CSC, he inspired her to join CSC and explain the work the department does. CSC is a government organization that works to provide welfare schemes like the government’s Ayushyam Bharat to the people and informs about how to use them.

As Zoya was approached about this work, she immediately accepted this job and become first transgender of the country to have joined CSC. This news was also appreciated by Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and he officialy tweet it on Twitter. He tweet, Zoya Khan is India’s first transgender operator of Common Service Centre from Vadodara district of Gujarat. She has started CSC work with Tele medicine consultation. Her vision is to support transgender community in making them digitally literate & give them better opportunities.

Zoya says she is happy to be associated with this organization and has an opportunity to officially serve her community and the needy people. After heard about the tweet of Ravi Shankar Prasad, Zoya said, she is excited by Ravi Shankar ji’s tweet and it gives her the inspiration to work hard of her LGBT community and make them digitally literate and helps them to come into mainstream and show their skills
