Vadodara woman president suspended for committing anti-party act

Vadodara City Congress has now suspended Vadodara Mahila Congress president Saraswatiben Desai for committing anti-party acts in the party amid political unrest in the run-up to the local body elections.

With the forthcoming Vadodara Municipal Corporation elections in mind, Vadodara City Congress Women President Saraswatiben Desai was entrusted with the responsibility of the organization.

But instead of working faithfully, word spread like wildfire that she had been inactive in the Congress party for the last few days and wanted to take the women in the Congress party with her to the BJP.

With this information, Vadodara Mahila Congress president Saraswatiben Desai has been suspended from the post of member for carrying out anti-party activities with immediate effect by Vadodara city president Prashant Patel.
